Only 58 per cent of the offered preference shares in Obducats new share issue was subscribed. The company added just over 49 million, just over half of the 86 million the company wanted in. Obducats ceo Patrik Lundström, however, was of good cheer in a written comment:

“the Company has thus ensured the capital needed to implement the plans as described in the prospectus,” he said.

the Shares fell 5.8 per cent in thin trading on the NGM.

DNB Markets has taken up the monitoring of Alligator Bioscience with a buy recommendation and riktkursen 40 dollars. Shares went in spite of it against the grain and traded down 0.3 per cent.
