Bringwell: Board convicted of market manipulation

(SIX) Bringwell director Hubert Johansson has today, 15 December 2014, convicted in the Stockholm district court for unfair market impact of Bringwell. It is clear from a press release. The Board will shortly be the same meet to discuss the situation and possibly take the decision to convene a Extraordinary General Meeting to allow shareholders to consider the issue on the Board's continued composition.
