Rekordjul on the Stockholm Stock Exchange – Swedish newspaper Svenska Dagbladet

When trading closed had OMXS index increased by 0.6 per cent to new peak of 475.5.

Jullyftet meant that the index broke above the previous peak in early December. The increase was in line with developments in the leading European stock exchanges. Even the US Dow Jones Index broke the old record of the early US trade.

Among the major companies on the Stockholm Stock Exchange was the industrial companies that rose the most. SSAB sticking out, with a rise of 5.6 percent. Atlas Copco rose 1.8 percent.

At the other end of the scale, Astra Zeneca, which lost 2.4 percent and Tele 2, which fell 0.4 percent.

Skanska sold its first office building in Poland for the equivalent of more than 600 million. Shares rose 0.4 percent.

Pricer rose by 9.2 per cent since the Norwegian retail group NorgesGruppen signed an agreement of 100 million Norwegian kroner for Pricer pricing system to 130 stores.

Lundin Petroleum announced that the Company terminates an exploration drilling in the northern North Sea, which did not receive the desired results. Structure did not contain hydrocarbons in commercial volumes. The share price rose still substantial, up 2.0 percent.

The leading European stock markets rose. The FTSE 100 index rose by 0.14 percent, the Paris Stock Exchange CAC 40 by 1.42 percent and the Frankfurt Stock Exchange DAX 30 by 0.57 percent.
