(SIX) Representatives of China has stated that it is willing to give aid to Russia after the recent sharp declines in its currency ruble, according to an article in The Wall Street Journal. Chinese Foreign Minister Wan Yi said over the weekend that China's leadership is willing to give Russia unspecified assistance in the wake of the ruble cases and that China's leadership has full confidence that Russia's leaders can resolve the situation. The ruble have dropped sharply after oil prices plummeted. While China and Russia have a history of rivalry want Russia closer to China, especially after they distanced themselves from West in the wake of the confrontation with Ukraine.
