The Greek Parliament failed today with his second attempt to elect a new president. The result was expected.

In the second round were the only candidate, the government’s presidential candidate Dimas 168 votes.

We need 12 more votes to Dimas in the third and final round next week – otherwise forced Greece to early elections. The election sees the Left SYRIZA out to win and that in turn could force Greece to leave the euro.

Now, over the weekend expected a hard pressure campaign against the parliamentarians who could still be persuaded to support Dimas.
