The Board Chairman proposed the election of Claes-Göran Sylvén. Since 2002 he is Chairman of the ICA group and since 2004 a member of the Swedish Trade Board. In the years 2005-2012 he was also president of Hakon Invest.
The committee proposes that Anna Engebretsen elected as member of the Board. From 2009 until today, she works with marketing, communication, advertising and sponsorship at Skistar. She also holds directorships of Investment AB Öresund and Bilia.
Sound increased recently last week its ownership of MQ 500,000 shares and then have a holding of 5.3 million shares, equivalent to more than 15 percent of the shares.
Erik Olsson, who has been chairman of the MQ since 2006, has declined re-election.
