Minister for housing to decrease the reavinstskatten – Västerbottens-kuriren (the Courier)

Housing minister Peter Eriksson (MP) would like to see a significant reduction in the reavinstskatten in the sale of villas and condominiums, reports the daily News.

— I would like to have a deal with the opposition, ” says Eriksson, who, however, notes that the location is locked between the government and the bourgeois parties in question.

as late as this summer the government failed and the Alliance to reach a broad agreement in the field of housing policy.

A lowering of the reavinstskatten would, according to Peter Eriksson increase mobility on the housing market and lead to to existing homes are used more effectively. But the minister for housing does not want to "hang" for how the reduction would be financed.
