Ehrling leaves Nordea’s board of directors – Today’s Industry

Nordea proposes three new members of the board in connection with the annual general meeting, while two, Marie Ehrling Tom Knutzen has declined re-election.

It is clear from a press release.

Today’s industry was already 11 January report, that Marie Ehrling would resign as a board member in Nordea. A significant reason that she’s leaving the board of directors shall be she since the spring of last year has two heavy ordförandeposter in companies on the stockholm exchange, Telia and Securitas.

The three new persons that the nominating committee proposes take place in the board of directors is Pernille Erenbjerg, Maria Varsellona and Lars Wollung, which would mean that the board be expanded by one member.

In general the re-election of the sitting members of the board, of which Björn Wahlroos as chairman.

Lars Wollung is Swedish citizens and former ceo of Intrum Justitia and Acando. He is chairman of the board of IFS, The North Alliance Group and Mysafety Group. He is a board member of the TF Bank, Bambora Top Holding, Tieto and Dlaboratory Sweden. Lars Wollung owns 15,000 shares in Nordea.

Pernille Erenbjerg is a Danish citizen and president of TDC. She also serves on the board of directors of Genmab, and DFDS. Pernille Erenbjerg owns no shares in Nordea.

Maria Varsellona are Italian citizens. She is general counsel and member of group management in Nokia. Maria Varsellona is a board member of Alcatel-Lucent and Alcatel-Lucent Shanghai Bell.
