Lower growth in China – Västerbottens-kuriren (the Courier)

Growth in China last year was the slowest in several years – 6.7 percent compared with 6.9 per cent the year before, according to official statistics.

During the fourth quarter of last year appeared, however, signs of an upturn. Industrial output in the country increased in 2016 by 6.0 per cent.

the Country’s leaders want to reduce the country’s dependence on exports and investments in infrastructure and are trying instead to get consumers to spend more, but the conversion is slow.
