The ten municipalities that invest the most money on tourism, is located in the Norrlandslänen. It reports the ATL referring to the news agency Sirén, who has compiled the net cost of the tourism activity per capita.
Sparsely populated rural district adds the most money, followed by Jokkmokk, Arvidsjaur, Åsele and Övertorneå.
According to data from the municipality – and landstingsdatabasen Kolada, which shows the municipalities ‘ investments in tourism activities for 2015, the company invested Malå 691 sek per inhabitant, among other things, camping, sport fishing, and tourist information.
