The uncertain parliamentary situation makes fiscal policy, additional uncertainty and the Riksbank has consumed most of their ammunition. But the domestic growth momentum continues and exports can take off in 2015, driven in particular by the cheap oil.
Writes Handelsbanken in an economic forecast on Thursday.

Handelsbanken tracks that Sweden’s GDP will increase by 1.8 percent this year, 2.9 percent in 2015 and 2.9 percent in 2016. In its previous forecast, in August, Handelsbanken predicted GDP growth of 2.3 percent this year, 3.3 percent in 2015 and 2.9 percent in 2016.

” We expect that the Riksbank within one year has raised the repo rate to 0.25 per cent and 1.50 per cent in two years. Compared with interest rate hikes in the US is considerably slower ” writes Handelsbanken.
