Ulf Krister Andersson (M) was social security minister in the previous government. When he took office as minister, he owned shares in SEB Share Sparfond, corresponding to 10 000 SEK. But in April of this year he had sold his modest holdings.

As Moderates economic political spokesperson, he is very likely to become the Magdalena Andersson’s main opponent. Magdalena Andersson panic selling its holdings of SEB shares the day before she took over as finance minister.

But it’s not obvious that it will be just Kristersson which becomes the main opponent. Annie Loof has quickly emerged as a possible candidate.

– There is no law of nature that the largest party may seize finance minister post. The Centre Party and Annie Loof has improved its position while the Conservatives have undergone a leadership change, says Malena Rosén Sundström, to SvD.

Loof has four years experience as Minister for Enterprise – and compared with Ulf Krister Andersson, she has a much broader savings portfolio. According to the latest available data on Lööfs savings from July this year, she has about 350 000 in mutual funds, where the biggest parts located in the Nordic Small Cap Fund, IP Equity Fund and Allemansfond complete.
