Villapriserna drops in Jämtland – the most in the country – the Swedish Radio

the Prices in the two counties fell in the last quarter of last year, with seven per cent, compared with the third quarter of the same year.

For the empire as a whole, slowed the increase in the price of houses up considerably in the autumn. There was an increase of just one per cent in the last quarter.

In Värmland and Södermanland counties was the increase in the price at its highest during the period – a rise of four percent in both counties. It shows statistics from statistics SWEDEN.

But seen on an annual basis, the country’s homeowners, a sharp increase in the value of their houses over the last year. The prices were, for the empire as a whole, ten per cent higher in the fourth quarter of 2016 than in the corresponding period the year before (2015).
