So much to pay Schibsted for Servicefinder – Today’s Media

What the purchase price lands on not disclosed in the press release – but according to data to Breakit has Schibsted bought out the Servicefinder-the founders of a score of 300-320 million. Which means 10 times the annual profit.

It would mean that the company’s three co-founders Jeffrey Singh, Vishal Nanda and Aleksandar Goga in the day to get share of sek 90 million.

Vishal Nanda, co-founder and marketing manager at Servicefinder, has not wanted to comment on Breakits data.

Servicefinder started operations in 2006 and has ten years later conveyed over 400 000 assignments with a total value of eight billion kronor, according to the company themselves.
