Now it turns out that 35 per cent of the bank’s bolånekunder chosen the minimum rate for their new mortgage loans in January, 15 percentage points fewer than in december, and the lowest proportion since 2003. The percentage that chose fixed rate periods of between one and four years rose from 49% to 65%, according to a press release.
