Danish deflation for the first time in 60 years – Swedish newspaper Svenska Dagbladet

Compared with the same month of last year, prices fell 0.1 percent.

It informs Statistics Denmark, who also notes that it is the first time since 1954 as prices fall in a year’s time.

According to Bloomberg News forecast survey was expected CPI to have fallen 0.6 percent from the previous month, and decreased by 0.1 percent compared with the same month in 2013.

In December fell CPI by 0.2 percent compared to the previous month and rose by 0.3 percent compared with the same month last year.
