It was the production company Tally-in caretaker who told the filmmakers Nils Toftenow, Mathias Rosberg and Olle Toftenow for karaoke Cup in Klippan.
– He would himself there and compete. Since we like him very much, we went on to support him. Once there, we opened the doors to something that was much larger than our caretaker, says Nils Toftenow.
Malmo filmmakers began the race in August last year and was featured every Saturday night when it was time for a new race. Nils Toftenow tells the story of a loving and tolerant environment.
– On the pizzeria gets people to express themselves without being judged. It is one of the few places where I have felt that I can be myself completely. Tally-ho has previously mostly been working with advertising and music videos. – The series can certainly mean that more people are discovering us. But above all, we want people become more aware of the cliff. Our goal has been to make it feel like they are at the pizzeria sender to the series, not us.
“Klippan karaokecup” will premiere on Tuesday, March 3 at SVT Flow. Nils Toftenow say that the production company made the competition very seriously, but above all wanted to focus on the people involved.
– We have followed some characters a little more depth but everyone we met have touched us. When you come to the pizzeria to get a “karaoke hug”, it’s such a community.
