Camilla Slunge Dowling is Sustainability Manager at Q8 which is the fuel companies that the two Volvo owners fueled diesel – only to be left with dense fuel filter in the middle of traffic on the highway.

Even Dan Strömberg in Linköping ran into the exact same thing after refueling Q8-diesel with RME involved.

About two cars have stopped on the highway after they refueled with you. Do you have a responsibility – yes or no?

– There are Swedish and European standard.

But it is the fuel that is the problem when the fuel filters clogging?
– We have to look at from a sectoral level – and Also look at whether certain types of cars fuel system fails the standards we have. But it is not an issue for Q8, it’s an issue for our industry organization SPBI.

So even though these two people refueled at Q8, it’s not an issue for Q8 – is that correct clear?

– In principle, so we handle it.

– This is not happening with regularity. If the propellant may be one reason we make an inquiry.
