The subcontractor Labo Test AB Askim withdraws his bankruptcy petition against Saab manufacturer Nevs. The company announced just now.
Nevs, based Saab cars, has a debt of more than SEK 150 000 to the company Labo Test.
“We have today been informed by representatives of the National Electric Vehicle Sweden AB (NEVS) about their plans and discussions with prospective partners and investors. Based on this information we have decided to withdraw it from us filed for bankruptcy,” writes Labo Tests CEO Håkan Bodin in a press release.
But the total is owed to subcontractors significantly higher. The bailiff has Nevs liabilities of 50 million.
In May, the economic crisis for Nevs after the Chinese partner Qingdao has not paid the money that they had promised.
