The number of complaints against real estate agents have increased during the first six months. 156 notifications were compared with 126 notifications in the corresponding period last year, according to statistics from the Real Estate Agents Authority.
Alexandra Schvikel recently bought a home in Stockholm:

The most common cause for the notification so far this year is just bidding process. But even the suspicion of cover prices, has led more consumers to report realtor. 19 applications have been received this year on advertising rates in marketing. Already last autumn noticed that the prices of condominiums in the growth regions is increasing rapidly, but the brokers are not adjusted up ad rates at the same pace.
