Both Zalando and Rocket is expected to have a market capitalization of over € 4 billion (about 37 billion). They are hoping for help from the Chinese e-commerce giant Alibaba US-listing in the autumn, according to the WSJ.
The rumors have increased market interest in Kinnevik, who otherwise had a heavy stock market this year.
On Friday, the stock rose 2.4 per cent and today it continued to climb.
The share has thus recouped part of the decline of 10 percent that have occurred since mid-July.
On Kinnevik want to either confirm or deny the listing plans.
– We do not comment on rumors. We never do, says Torun Litzén, Director of Kinnevik.
