Driving ban if you are careless with the congestion charge – Swedish Radio

The one who lingers over half a year to pay the congestion charge should not be allowed to use their car, the government proposes.

Debts should be on more than 5 000. In addition, the Government proposes that foreign vehicles to pay the congestion charge. The changes will come into effect early next year.
