A growing number of the county applying for debt settlement. During the first half of last year claimed 58 people for debt, compared with the first half of this year to 82 people – an increase of 41 percent.
Most have applications for debt increased in Lessebo pontoon and municipalities, according to figures from the bailiff.
But it is not in all municipalities in the county that the applications are increasing. In Uppvidinge is rather fewer applicants this year and in Alvesta is unchanged.
