Stockholm. Notifications to realtors have increased during the first six months. 156 notifications were compared with 126 of the same period last year, according to statistics from the Real Estate Agents Agency as Echo has noted.
The most common reason why the buyer notifies the bidding process. And the number of notifications may be an effect of the inflated bidding procedure and the rapid trades in the spring, according to Titti Öhrn, customer representative at the brokerage community.
Even suspicions of cover prices have been behind 19 entries this year.
– The gap between “out” and “end” has risen again, and that’s something that you have to monitor and watch what is so, because, says Titti Öhrn to echo.
