Nevs pays no salary in August – delayed until September – Auto Motor & Sport

Saab owner can not pay any wages to the employees on August 25, said communications manager for Swedish Radio.

Nevs can not pay any wages 25 August, says communications manager Mikael Östlund SR.

  

Nevs showed on Wednesday up the electric powered version of the Saab 9-3. But the company has been facing severe economic problems, and last week threatened Nevs of bankruptcy.

Now it is clear that Nevs employees do not receive any salary payment on 25 August. Instead delayed wage to “by 5 September,” according to communications manager Mikael Östlund. But he would not comment on the reason:

“The only information I have is that they come too late,” says Mikael Östlund to Swedish Radio P4 West.


   
    

I think the delay in salary payment is a one-off. I’m hopeful:
