Nota million for the Swedish tobacco company – Västerbotten Courier

A Swedish tobacco wholesaler is required to nearly 24 million by the Tax after repeatedly have imported tons of tobacco from Poland without paying tax.

Company High star, based in Uppsala, Sweden, Helsingborg, consider the product to be classified as tobacco waste as it requires treatment by the purchaser if it is to be used, such as snuff. Tax Board believes, however, that the tobacco is still going to smoke, and that it therefore should be taxed as smoking tobacco, reported Sydsvenskan.
