The government opens an account on Instagram under the name @sverigesregering. Cabinet Office wrote in a press release that the purpose of the account is to reach out with the government policy to a broader audience, including teenagers and young adults.

the first two posts of a government meeting published on Wednesday, and had received a total of 37 like markings in the day at lunchtime. One of the pictures shows how the Prime Minister Stefan Löfven and Foreign Minister Margot Walllström laughing at something that is not explained in the caption.
Instagram is a free service that lets users post pictures and subscribe to other users’ photo streams.
