Tokyo Stock Exchange down by eight percent – Västerbotten Courier

Asian stocks plummeted during Friday’s trading, following the news that the British voted for a withdrawal from the EU.

The Tokyo Stock Exchange’s Nikkei 225 Index was at closure dropped by 7.9 percent. The broader Topixindex fell by 7.3 percent.

Seoulbörsens Kospi index fell 3.2 percent and Taiwan’s Weighted Index fell 2.3 percent.

Hong Kong Stock Exchange Hang Seng Index was just after eight o’clock Swedish time, declined by 4.2 percent. Shanghai Stock Exchange Composite Index had fallen by 1.0 percent.
