KINNEVIK: National Tax appeals the judgment of withholding taxes on 702 million

 (SIX) The investment company Kinnevik has been informed that  Tax Agency is appealing the matter regarding withholding tax on 702 000 000  SEK in connection with Kinnevik's acquisition of Emesco in 2009.       The company said in a press release.       Case will be heard by the Appeal in Sundsvall.
