The company creates three new subsidiaries there the staff in Norway, Sweden and Denmark are transferred. The decision was taken at an extraordinary board meeting, writes Norwegian in a press release. The pilots’ conditions are transferred to the respective companies.
“Norwegian has always been committed to finding a solution with the NPU and Parathyroid, but the management does not want or can assign to a group of employees to take over control of the Norwegian,” the company said.
