There will be Bengt Kjel l, born 1954, who takes over as acting president of Industrivärden to a regular president can be presented after the summer. Between 2002 and 2010 he was vice president of Industrivärden, but the last six months he was on leave to work as CEO of Handelsbanken’s management Trade and Industry.
Bengt Kjell earlier this year suggested as president of Avnet’s Board where both Sverker Martin-Löf and Jan Johansson leaving their seats.
A regular CEO of Industrivärden can introduce at the earliest the third quarter, as shown by the Nomination Committee. The AGM will be held May 6
