110 people redundant at Telia’s private customer in Karlstad. The announcement employees received this morning, October 1, the branch should be completely depleted.

Telia has for several years had parts of their national customer service in Karlstad. Efforts to collect the private customer to fewer locations has been going on for years.
– We can offer better career opportunities expertise gathered at fewer locations, says Irene Krohn.
Telia in day customer service for individuals in Gothenburg, Stockholm, Luleå, Sundsvall, Norrköping and Karlstad. Telia also business customer service in Karlstad, the business will not currently be changed.

Last fall had eight employees leave Telia in Lulea after taking unauthorized breaks.
