It has for some time been known that ICA has wanted to sell Cervera and the company has already sold Kjell & amp; Company and Shape. ICA has now completed work to focus the portfolio outside the core business, says Per Strömberg according to the press release.
The transaction is expected to close during the second quarter of 2015. Hakon Invest, now, ICA Group, bought Cervera 2006. Cervera has 70 stores and had sales of SEK 745 million last year.
