(SIX) airline Finnair has signed a letter of intent to sale of shares in Flybe Nordic. Buyers are Staffpoint and G. W. Sohlberg. Buyers take over Flybe UK's stake in Flybe Nordic. It is clear from a press release. The sale of shares is subject to approval by the Finnish competition authorities. At the completion of the sale would Staffpoint holding in Joint Venture be 45 percent, 15 percent GWS and Finnair 40 percent. The purchase price is the previously announced EUR 1 per share.
