Large Horse owners are required – 152 million – Aftonbladet

The man behind Stall Zet, Bengt Ågerup, required 152 million of the Tax Agency.

Ågerup is written in Switzerland but the Tax Agency believes that he belongs in Sweden and should fully taxed here.

Bengt Ågerup is not only the man behind Team Zet and horses Delicious US, Shaq Is Back and Father Patrick.

Ågerup are kidney researcher who started medical company Q-Med in 1987 and became a billionaire.

Bengt is written in Switzerland – but according to the Tax Board shall he pay tax in Sweden and are now required on 152 million.

The Tax Agency believes that Bengt Ågerup has not done the right thing in Sweden.

The enormous sum that Ågerup required is more taxes and penalties. This is according to Dagens Nyheter.

“habitual abode in Sweden”

Penalty you go on if you provide incorrect information to the Tax Office, and according to them is Ågerup taxation in Sweden, even though he is written in Switzerland.

– We think that he resided permanently in Sweden, says Göran Haglund, tax accountant in the Tax group for overseas transactions, Dagens Nyheter.

The report by the Tax’ve done shows that Ågerup owned a property in the Uppsala region and that several of his children have been written in Sweden. Bengt also had extensive corporate involvement in Swedish companies. In some of the “conclusive proof” that the Tax Agency has is a weekly calendar from Ågerup companies Nexttobe showing that Ågerup been in Sweden for large parts of the years 2008 to 2012.

Merry five billion

All this makes Bengt Ågerup deemed to have what is called a “substantial connection” to Sweden and that he therefore should be fully taxed here. The largest part of the tax Ågerup now required to come from what appears to be a tax arrangement with a so-called “forbidden loan” from the company in the British Virgin Islands.

Ågerup total bill lands on 151.7 million crowns.

In early 2011, sold Bengt Ågerup their shares in medicine company Q-Med 2.8 billion and he is considered good for 5 billion.
