But it is not only private clients who jumped at NCC’s housing. Sales to investors have more than doubled.

The dividend remains, as in previous years, at SEK 12 per share – in line with analysts’ an expectation.

Shared sentences has prevailed among analysts about whether it was time to buy, hold or sell shares. But for the report, the percentage of sell recommendations shrunk.
