Akelius: Buying real estate in New York for 1 billion

(SIX) real estate Akelius Fastigheter buys a real estate portfolio consists of six buildings with 378 apartments. The purchase price amounts to SEK 1,022 million and is the company's sixth acquisitions in New York. It is clear from a press release. The apartments are located in Crown Heights, Flatbush and Prospect Lefferts in downtown Brooklyn. Akelius now owns two properties on Manhattan and nine in Brooklyn.
