Thousand jobs away on Danish Medicines sixth – Sydsvenskan

– We are aware that these decisions will affect many of our employees and we will endeavor to support these employees when we implement the changes, writes Kåre Schultz in the press release.

The cutbacks will according to the press release be done by including a restructuring of headquarters in Valby, and commercial activities in Europe and other markets.

Lundbeck currently has approximately 6,000 employees in 57 countries. The company develops drugs for Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s.
