Astrazeneca: Bydureon removed from CVS / Caremark from 1 January 2016

 (SIX) AstraZeneca diabetes drug Bydureon for the treatment of  Diabetes will be removed from the insurance CVS / Care Marks  list of covered drugs from January 1, 2016.
