FBI postpones session against Apple – New Technology

The judge in the case between the FBI and Apple postpones Tuesday’s legislative round.

The FBI believes he can access information from the San Bernardino terrorist’s phone without help from Apple.

the US Justice Department has stated that the FBI might be able to unlock your phone using the new technology that the federal police has received information from third parties, but that testing is needed before it knows whether it is possible.

Apple announces that the company has no information on which technology the FBI plans to test. If the trial does not continue, the company hopes that the authorities will share information on possible weaknesses of the phone. If the trial continues, the company will seek answers to the question of which technology the FBI concerns.

The unexpected development raises questions about the Justice Department backs from his confrontation with Apple.

The court case has been going on for more than a month when a federal judge ordered Apple to make it possible to unlock a phone that belonged to the man who along with his wife shot dead 14 people in San Bernardino in December.

Apple has refused on the grounds that it would create a precedent that would make it impossible to protect customer privacy.
