Advertising for dietary supplements are stopped – Swedish Dagbladet

Breaks the company against the decision forced it to pay a fine of two million crowns.

It was the Swedish Consumer Agency (KO) which in 2013 turned to the court, the Authority considered that the White Labs advertising was contrary to the law.

“it should not be be allowed to make people believe that they can become stronger and healthier by claiming anything, without being able to substantiate it,” wrote consumer Ombudsman Gunnar Larsson, commenting then.
