– Until 2012 could universities bring in more applicants, thanks to additional funding from the government, but now they do not have as many places, says Andreas Sandberg.
While the number of authorized seekers has declined by nearly 8 000 people, that is 2 percent.
Half of those admitted is 24 years or younger, and one in five aged 35. Still, most , 61 percent, were women.
