Operating profit excluding non-recurring items was 452 million compared with 473 million kronor in the second quarter of 2014. Analysts had on average expected a profit of 444 million kronor, according to Reuters poll.
The sales for the company, which owns TV operator Viasat, amounted to 4.155 billion kronor, compared to 4.109 billion kronor a year earlier.
