Here, rising house prices the most – Business World

The average price for apartments in Sweden rose by 1 percent in March, calculated as a moving average over three months. For villas, prices were up by 2 percent, according to monthly data from the Swedish Mäklarstatistik.

The last three months were housing prices up by 3 per cent while house prices were up by 3 percent. During the last twelve months listed housing prices a rise of 13 per cent, while house prices have risen by 10 percent.

In February, the price developments in the year ahead +14 per cent for condominiums and +10 per cent for houses.

the average price for the whole country for a condominium was 37,440 per square meter, while the average price for a condominium was 2.914 million crowns.

“Prices for housing continues to increase with the exception of condominiums in downtown Stockholm and villas in Greater Malmö where they are unchanged in the last month. Particularly evident is the month of the gains of 3 per cent for condominiums in the Greater Gothenburg and central Malmo, likewise for villas in Greater Gothenburg. the highest annual growth rates we find the contrast in Greater Stockholm for both condominiums and villas, with gains of +15 percent and +16 percent, “says Per-Arne Sandgren, head of Research at Swedish Mäklarstatistik.

Unlike last month, when the number was significantly larger than last year, decreased the number of sales slightly in March compared with the same month last year for both houses and apartments.
