The German airline Lufthansa cancels some 60 percent of its traffic on Wednesday. The cause is a strike by ground staff.
This is the German services union Verdi, which go on strike. Lufthansa ground personnel at several German airports adhere to it, which means big problems for air traffic to and from Germany on Wednesday.
Among other airports in Frankurt, Munich, Dusseldorf and Cologne will be affected.
An estimated nearly 90 000 passengers by the strike.
Several cancellations from Finland
According to the Finnish airport operator Finavia pages, several flights from Helsinki to Germany to be set tomorrow. This applies, among others, the morning flights to Munich and Frankfurt.
It is not the first time that a strike down to it for Lufthansa customers.
Among other things, asked many flights in connection with a strike in November last year.
