Wolf served on suspicion of insider dealing – Business World

Swedbank’s former CEO Michael Wolf has served on suspicion of insider dealing. Economic Crime Authority has interrogated Wolf on Thursday. That according to an article in Expressen on Thursday.

Wolf’s lawyer Leif Gustavsson has confirmed to Expressen that the hearing took place, but does not believe that the material “keeps for further investigation or prosecution” . The lawyer confirms the suspicions relate to share transactions in Oniva Online Group.

Michael Wolf was forced to resign as CEO of Swedbank on 9 February this year. This after suspicions m insider trading.
