Now, Phase 3 phased – Vasterbotten Courier

The fixed time limits for the long-term unemployed is now just a memory – the day the settlement of these and thus also of employment sites within the impugned Phase 3rd

Now all job seekers instead get a more individualized support based on a labor market assessment, according to a report from the Employment Service.

“The abolition of the fixed time limits, which created a rigidity in supporting the long-term unemployed, is a big step which now opens new opportunities, “says Mikael Sjöberg, Employment Service director general, in a press release.

The more than 39,000 job seekers enrolled in the employment phase will now be offered, for example, vocational courses at college for up to 24 months; Swedish for immigrants in a year or job training in the workplace.
