HD: False bids for house purchase is fraud – Västerbotten Courier

Umeå A related to the sellers of a condominium submitted false bids to operate up the price. Fraud, says the Supreme Court in a recent judgment.

The case concerns a sale in Solna, where the daughter of the couple who sold the apartment, the number of false bids. According to HD was the purpose of this affect the price of the home.

The bidding started with a bid of three million crowns. The daughter first laid a false bid of 3.1 million and then another 3 175 000. Only then entered the real buyers in the bidding and added 3.2 million crowns. HD argue that the fraud begins at the first false bid and condemns the daughter for fraud suspended sentences, 50 fines and to pay 200,000 kronor in damages to the buyers.
