More suspected of cheating assistance – Swedish Dagbladet

The Social Insurance Agency has filed a police report another employee suspected of taking bribes to disclose the user’s personal identification to an assistance company and signed by a representative of the company. Hank is now growing to a total of two employees and two companies. According to the Treasury Director General Ann-Marie Begler discovered in the latter case, after authorities checked which employees are logged into an unusual number of times in the database. Classification of offenses are bribery, hacking, breaches of confidentiality and misconduct, according to the Social Insurance Agency.

– These people, we do not know how many they are, but it’s a very small group, and I believe that we have a good control over this, but there are things that still does not occur, says Ann-Marie Begler.

Assistance companies use personal information to contact users and persuade them to switch companies. Ann-Marie Begler has received information that even the Social Insurance Agency employees have dialed users, and that the companies have in some cases attracted televisions or better assistance – which they can not live up to.

– the risk is that such a good welfare services is questioned. Then, individual users are not under pressure and the pressure of this kind, says Ann-Marie Begler.

Insurance Agency is now investigating whether more can be iblandade. The Agency enhances the internal investigation, limiting access to information systems and address the issue in the workplace.

– The basis of the problem is that there is someone who wants the information, and we have employees who choose to leave them out, says Ann-Marie Begler.
