Leif Östling can become president of the Confederation of Swedish Enterprise – Sveriges Radio

Leif Östling, for many years CEO of Scania, based in Sodertalje, has been nominated.

– Leif Östling’s extensive industry experience and previous involvement of Swedish Enterprise makes him particularly suited to lead the Board’s work, says committee chair Kenneth Bengtsson.

– I am proud to have been nominated for this important mission, says Leif Östling.

In late May, at the organization’s Annual General Meeting, leaving the current chairman Jens Spendrup and in connection with it, a new president elected.
